One of the main reasons you want and need to have multiple eBay accounts is so that you can buy items on eBay to resell there and get a higher profit. For instance when looking for some cool, item or items you find someone has listed some of these items you are looking for, but they have the finish time at some silly hour, bad spellings in the title, so only people who knew how to research would find it and the main buyers would miss it. This means that you can buy it cheap, very cheap. I have seen people being able to buy something for a few dollars that was worth a few hundred.
Now if you were wanting to re-sell these items you may have a problem for people will see on your feedback how you had bought them a few weeks or days back for a few dollars and are now asking a few hundred dollars for the same thing, something tells me you may or will have a problem selling them. But wait help is at hand, you can open another eBay account and keep one for buying and one for selling.
Most people do not know you can have multiple accounts, well it is true you can have as many as you like all you need is to have a different email address for each account you want to set up. This is solved by buying your own domain name and then you can have as many email address as you want or need, thus you can have as many eBay accounts as you need.

Also if start to do a lot of selling you might start to get people following you and asking you questions as to why you bought such and such, maybe the time has come to open a new account and use that one until people start asking questions and just keep moving.
